Tenrai Gin

Japanese inspired with yuzu for sourness, toasted rice for earthy sweetness, wasabi for warmth, shiitake mushrooms for umami and seaweed for saltiness - this gin will hit every part of your palette.

G & T

  • 30ml Hepburn Distillery Tenrai Gin

  • 60ml tonic

Serve with large ice cube, garnish with lemon peel or shiso leaf (japanes herb)

Gaijin Martini

  • 60ml Hepburn Distillery Tenrai Gin

  • Dash of vermouth

Shake over ice, double strain and serve with lemon peel,

Yuzu Lady

  • 45ml Tenrai Gin

  • 20ml Lemon Juice

  • 20ml Yuzu Liqueur

  • 15ml Simple Syrup

Shake ingredients with ice, place a large ice cube in the glass and strain to fill the glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon/yuzu.

Optional: Add egg white to the shaker to create a yuzu sour.
