Gourmet Chocolate

Full of local blackberries and real chocolate with subtle sweetness. Bold and delicious.

Espresso Martini

  • 45 ml Hepburn Distillery Gourmet Chocolate Gin

  • 10ml Simple Syrup

  • 20ml vodka

  • 20ml Espresso Coffee

  • 20ml a dash of coffee liqueur eg Kahlua

Shake over ice. Strain into a martini glass, with a large ice cube in the centre.Garnish with shaving of chocolate.

Chocolate Negroni

  • 45 ml Hepburn Distillery Gourmet Chocolate Gin

  • 30 ml Sweet Vermouth

  • 25 ml Campari

Shake over ice. Strain into a large glass, with a large ice cube sitting on a slice of orange.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Chocolate Love Potion

  • 40 ml Hepburn Distillery Gourmet Chocolate Gin

  • Splash of Simple Syrup

  • Splash of Chambord

  • Pink or Rose Champagne (prosecco is much more subtle)

Stir with lots of ice. Top with chilled pink champagne. Garnish with a strawberry.

Blackberry Bramble

  • 45ml Hepburn Distillery Gourmet Chocolate Gin

  • 2-3 blackberries

  • 20ml fresh lemon juice

  • 20ml simple syrup

Sparkling water (or ginger ale)

Muddle ripe juicy blackberries with fresh lemon juice in a shaker. Fill with ice. Add gin and simple syrup. Shake well, strain in to a glass of ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a fresh blackberry.

Can also omit sparkling water for a short cocktail option.
