Lyonville Sloe Gin

Sweet, sour, tart and plummy - our SLOE GIN takes a full year to make from locally foraged sloe berries. Decadent!

Basil’s Charlie Chaplin

Pour into a pretty glass in this order:

  • 15ml lime juice

  • 15ml simple syrup

  • Large ice cube

Float over all that:

  • 45ml Hepburn Distillery Sloe Gin

  • 30ml St Germaine

Garnish with slice of lime, take a slurp, then stir it all up.

Sloe & Elderflower Collins

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Half glass lemonade

  • 30ml Hepburn Distillery Sloe Gin

  • 20ml Elderflower cordial

Sloe Royale

  • Glass of prosecco or Champers

  • 30ml Hepburn Distillery Sloe Gin

Lemon twist to garnish

Sloe Gin Sour

• 50 ml Sloe Gin

• 20 ml simple syrup

• 30 ml lemon juice

• 25 ml egg white (or egg white substitute such as Wonderfoam or Aquafaba)

Dry shake all ingredients for 15 seconds before adding a big handful of ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.

Sloe Negroni

• 15ml Lyonville Sloe Gin

• 15ml Classic Dry Gin

• 30ml Campari

• 30ml Sweet Vermouth

• Orange Wedge

Stir with ice until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with a wedge or twist of orange.
