Bullarto Organic Strawberry Gin

Fresh farm strawberries, organic basil and Tasmanian pepperberry create a summery delight.

The Drunken Rose

  • 45ml Hepburn Distillery Bullarto Organic Strawberry Gin

  • 22ml Sweet Maidenii or Sweet Vermouth

  • 22ml St Germaine elderflower liqueur

Stir, and pour into a small golden glass/champagne coup with an ice sphere. Garnish with a strawberry slice.

Can be made longer with prosecco / Champers / Soda / lemonade

Bullarto Strawberry Southside (Michelle’s favourite way to drink it)

  • 45ml Hepburn Distillery Bullarto Organic Strawberry Gin

  • 22ml lemon juice

  • 22ml simple syrup

Serve over lots of crushed ice with 2-3 fresh mint leaves. Adjust the lemon and simple syrup to make it more sweet or tart.

Strawberry Love Potion

  • 40 ml Hepburn Distillery Bullarto Strawberry Gin

  • Splash of Simple Syrup

  • Splash of Chambord

  • Pink or Rose Champagne (can also substitute with pink prosecco)

Add all ingredients to a large gin balloon or wine glass filled with ice. Top with chilled pink champagne. Garnish with a strawberry.

French Kiss (Strawberry French 75)

30ml Hepburn Distillery Bullarto Strawberry Gin

22ml Lemon juice

22ml simple syrup

90ml sparkling wine

Combine and shake gin, lemon and simple syrup.

Rim half a champagne coupe with lemon and dip in rim mix. Strain in gin mix, add rose ice sphere and top with champagne. Garnish with lemon twist.
