Our LYONVILLE SLOE GIN takes a full year to make from foraged sloe berries grown in our region. Inspired by cool-climate fruit and made with care in Daylesford, our 2026 Release delivers layered berry sweetness, gentle sour notes and an elegant, dry finish.
Only made in limited batches this seasonal gin is a knock-out, selling out every year.

Our GOURMET CHOCOLATE GIN is a total crowd-pleaser. Loaded with blackberries and real chocolate it has a hint of sweetness and chocolate aroma which make it a hit in cocktails. We use it to make Espresso Martinis and Chocolate Negronis, and it’s stunning in a simple Bramble. A great gin to play and experiment with - it’s robust flavour adds a touch of magic to cocktails!

TENRAI means heavenly, divine and inspired in Japanese - an apt name for this complex spirit. Made with the expert input of Aaron Schembri the chef of award-winning Daylesford restaurant Kadota, our TENRAI gin is made from 12 separate distillations.

Our multi award-winning vodka is crafted entirely from locally grown organic potatoes — one of only a handful of true potato vodkas in the world. Made from scratch and by hand, it’s triple distilled and carbon filtered for a beautifully smooth, clean and soft finish. Subtly sweet with a gentle mineral edge, this is vodka with real character — honest, pure, and proudly local.
Magic happens when you take our world-class, multi award-winning ORGANIC POTATO VODKA and put it in an oak cask. Time and timber add a deep smoky, vanilla-caramel flavour to our smooth, slightly sweet vodka creating a spirit that is a lot like a beautiful, soft whiskey.
Our OAK AGED VODKA won a gold medal and country winner in the World Vodka Awards 2023 and has been compared to a $400/bottle of Hibiki Whiskey. The judges said it made them “question everything a vodka can be”.

It finishes with lingering vanilla and a subtle peppery dryness, clean and not overly sweet. An easy, well-rounded whisky that’s just as good neat as it is shared.
