Our LYONVILLE SLOE GIN takes a full year to make from foraged sloe berries grown in our region. Inspired by cool-climate fruit and made with care in Daylesford, our 2026 Release delivers layered berry sweetness, gentle sour notes and an elegant, dry finish.
Only made in limited batches this seasonal gin is a knock-out, selling out every year.
