Hardware Lane Gin
Our bright & contemporary gin, led by Australian native botanicals - lemon myrtle and pepperberry leaf - lifted by elderflower, orange zest and classic juniper.

30ml Hardware Lane Gin
90ml tonic (we love Long Rays Original Tonic, Sodasmith No 1 or Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic)
Garnish with fresh orange peel, a sprig of rosemary and a couple of peppercorns.
Wombat Collins
45ml Hardware Lane Gin
20ml fresh lemon Juice
30ml lemon myrtle simple syrup (or substitute with elderflower cordial)
top with soda water
Add to a tall glass with ice. Serve with a slice of fresh lemon and rosemary.
Lemon Myrtle Fizz
45ml Hardware LaneGin
15ml Elderflower Liqueur (we love St. Germain)
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
top with Prosecco
Shake all ingredients except prosecco with ice. Strain into a champagne flute or coupe. Top with prosecco and serve with fresh lemon peel
Hardware Gimlet
60ml Hepburn Distillery Farmhouse Orange Gin
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
5ml Honey Syrup.
Shake over ice, strain and serve in chilled coupe, garnish with lime slice.

30ml Hepburn Distillery Lyonville Classic Dry
90ml Tonic
Dress the glass with fresh lemon, serve with a large ice cube, garnish with fresh lemon and rosemary
French 75
45ml Hepburn Distillery Lyonville Classic Dry
22ml Lemon juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Shake above ingredients with ice, pour into glass and top with champagne. Garnish with lemon peel.
Gin Fizz
60ml Hepburn Distillery Lyonville Classic Dry
22ml lemon juice
22ml simple syrup
Shake with ice, strain into a glass and top with 60ml soda, garnish with a slice of lemon
Martini
45ml Hepburn Distillery Lyonville Classic Dry
15ml dry Vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Stir or shake over ice, double strain and garnish with a twist of lemon.
Bees Knees
60ml Hepburn Distillery Lyonville Classic Dry
30ml honey syrup
20ml fresh lemon juice
Ice
Add gin, honey syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for about 30 seconds. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with lemon peel and lavender.
