Hepburn Distillery Whiskey

Crafted to showcase the depth and character of Hepburn Distillery’s small-batch artisan whiskey, this cocktail list celebrates careful distilling, local influence and spirits made to be savoured.

Whiskey Sour

• 60ml Hepburn Distillery Whiskey

• 30ml Lemon Juice

• 22ml Maple Syrup or Simple Syrup

• 1 egg white

Dry shake in a cocktail shaker (all ingredients without ice), then add ice and shake again. Double strain and serve in whiskey glass with an ice sphere. Garnish with orange peel and a cocktail cherry.

Hepburn Firelight

• 45 ml small-batch whiskey

• 20 ml amaro

• 1 dash orange bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled and silky, then strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Serve with a twist of orange peel

Hearts & Barrels (Chocolate Old Fashioned)

15ml simple syrup

60ml Hepburn Distillery Whiskey

2 dashes Orange bitters

22ml Hepburn Distillery Gourmet Chocolate Gin

Combine over ice in a shaker and stir to dilute, strain into whiskey glass over large icecube

Garnish with deyhdrated orange wheel
