Organic Cask Aged Potato Vodka

Time and timber add a deep smoky, vanilla-caramel flavour to our smooth, slightly sweet vodka creating a spirit that is a lot like a beautiful, soft whiskey.

Manhattan Dry

• 60ml Cask Aged Vodka

• 22ml Dry Vermouth

• 2 dash Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into ice-filled Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with orange or lemon zest.

Old Fashioned

• 60ml Cask Aged Vodka

• 7ml Sugar Syrup

• 3 Dash Bitters.

Stir with ice. Strain into ice-filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with toasted orange zest.

Non-Whiskey Sour

• 60ml Hepburn Distillery Cask Aged Vodka

• 30ml Lemon Juice

• 22ml Maple Syrup or Simple Syrup

Serve in whiskey glass with an ice sphere. Garnish with orange peel and a cocktail cherry.
