Batch #8 is silky smooth with a caramel sweetness that is balanced by oak in the mid palate. Finished for a couple of months in a sherry cask, this whiskey has a drier finish than previous batches and is most like our fastest selling Batch #5 whiskey.
Delightful served straight, with ice or a little water to open the flavour. We also use it to make the most amazing Old Fashioned cocktail.
