Vanilla & Bush Honey Vodka

Made with our stunning, award-winning potato vodka, infused with vanilla beans and layed with softly sweet local honey.

Vanilla Espresso Martini

  • 40ml Hepburn Distillery Vanilla & Bush Honey Vodka

  • 20ml Kahlua or other coffee liqueuer

  • 20ml espresso (cooled)

  • 20ml vanilla or honey syrup (optional)

Shake vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled martini, garnish with coffee beans and a drizzle of honey.

Honey Vodka & Soda

  • 30ml Hepburn Distillery Vanilla & Bush Honey Vodka

  • Soda Water

Pour into tall glass with a large ice cube. Top with soda, garnish with a wedge of lime. Variations on this include using fresh lemon or lime, adding cherry liqueur or substituting soda with creamy soda.

Pillow Talk (White Chocolate Martini)

30ml Hepburn Distillery Vanilla & Bush Honey Vodka

30ml White Creme De Cacao

22ml Simple Syrup

30ml Cream

Shake vigorously over ice, double strain and pour into martini glass. Add an ice sphere and garnish with shaved white chocolate

Velvet Maker

  • 60 ml Hepburn Distillery Vanilla & Bush Honey Vodka

  • 15 ml Dry Vermouth

  • 15 ml Pink grapefruit juice

  • 10 ml Vanilla sugar syrup

  • 2 dashes Grapefruit bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in a cocktail coupe. Garnish with fresh grapefruit.
