  • 45ml Hepburn Distillery Trentham Harvest Gin

  • 15ml dry Vermouth

  • 2 bar spoons olive brine

Stir or shake over ice, double strain and garnish with a few olives

Negroni

  • 45ml Hepburn Distillery Trentham Harvest Gin

  • 30ml Lyonville Classic Dry

  • 20ml classic vermouth

  • 20ml Campari

Pour into a balloon glass with a large ice cube, garnish with orange peel

Twilight Anise Fizz

  • 45ml Trentham Harvest Gin

  • 20ml Cointreau

  • 20ml Lemon Juice

  • 20ml Simple Syrup

  • 60ml Soda Water

Mix all ingredients, add to tall gin balloon with large ice cube and top with soda, garnish dehydrated or fresh slice of orange.
