Terms and Conditions for "Every Third Order Free" Promotion

1. Promotion Overview
The "Every Third Order Free" promotion ("Promotion") allows customers to receive their order for free, subject to these terms and conditions. The Promotion is administered by Hepburn Distillery ("Company"), and is open to eligible customers making purchases on the Company's website.

2. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to individuals who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction of residence (18+). Employees of the Company, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on [24/04/2024] at 9:00 PM and ends on [24/05/2024] at 11:59 PM (the "Promotion Period"). The Company reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Promotion without prior notice.

4. How to Participate
To participate, place an order on the Company’s website during the Promotion Period. Every third order placed by eligible customers, as determined by the Company’s order system, will be refunded in full. Participants are limited to one winning entry per customer for the duration of the Promotion.

5. Prize Details
Eligible winners will have their order refunded up to a maximum of four bottles or a total value of $400, whichever is less. If the order exceeds this amount, the refund will be limited to $400.

6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase within 48 hours of order confirmation. Winners must confirm receipt of the notification and agree to the use of their names for promotional purposes.

7. Permissions
By participating in the Promotion, winners explicitly grant the Company the right to use their name on social media and other promotional materials in connection with the Promotion, without further compensation.

8. Limitations of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.

9. General Conditions
Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.

10. Data Protection
Personal information collected from participants is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy and will be used solely in connection with the administration of the Promotion and as outlined in these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
